non-judging

Be an unbiased observer of your own experience. Recognise the ongoing judgement and reaction to inner and outer experience.

patience

Patience is a sign of wisdom because it shows we reciognise that things happen in their own time.

beginner's mind

We can be open to new possibilities if we keep an open mind and avoid getting weighted down by our own experience.

trust

Build a foundational trust with yourself and your emotions. Recognise that it's acceptable to make mistakes.

non-striving

The objective is to be with yourself right now, in this morment. Pay attention to what happens rather than attempting to change anything.

acceptance

Look at things objectively. This prepares you to respond appropriately to everything that happens in your life.

letting go

The mind wants to hold onto ideas, feelings and situations when we pay attention to our inner experience. Leave your experience as it is at this moment.
